For scoliosis · kyphosis · compression · chronic pain
You’ve tried Schroth, physio, chiro, yoga, fascia work, and mobility drills. This is the foundation underneath all of them, and the reason none of it held.
Learn the layer your posture is generated from, and you’ll never chase it again. You’ll know exactly where your effort belongs, for the rest of your life.
A four-week neuromuscular and pressure reset, live with Sam.
Grounded in T1 evidence
Built on T1 research, the strongest grade of published science, and formalized into Sam’s own published frameworks.
Founder-tested
Built by a founder with an 85° kyphoscoliosis who was refused surgery at 18 and grew two inches without it.
Where it actually changes
A co-regulating, nervous-system approach. The real shift happens live, in personalized presence with Sam, not alone with a video.
Why nothing held
Your body has been waiting for evidence, not instructions.
You correct your posture. It holds for a few minutes. Then you look down and you’re right back where you started. You stretch, you strengthen, you get adjusted. The exercises feel right, but the pattern that put you in pain hasn’t changed.
Here’s what almost everyone misses. Scoliosis and kyphosis don’t just create compensations you can see. Underneath, they create compression — regions of the body pulled short and dense. And you cannot stretch or strengthen compression away. It isn’t weakness, and it isn’t tightness. It’s a failure of pressure regulation. Work the pressure, and you finally work the actual thing.
That is not a failure of effort. Posture isn’t a position you build and hold, it’s an ongoing output your nervous system generates from an internal map of your body in space. When that map carries distorted information, the output stays distorted no matter what external force you apply.
The Syntropic Core Reset works on the map. Specific sensory input, delivered in a precise sequence, updates the information the nervous system is working from. The body’s output changes because the layer generating it changed, not because you forced it.
From previous cohorts
In their exact words.
Participants across a wide range of diagnoses and severity. Spoken during the live sessions, in the weeks they happened.
“My upper body somehow aligns and it was a fantastic feeling. I didn’t have to stay straight or feel that twist. I didn’t have to do any work. It just worked.”
Female, 85° S-curve scoliosis · Week 2
“My life is different. I’m sitting differently, I’m walking differently, I’m thinking differently. It’s just phenomenal.”
Female, 85° S-curve scoliosis · Week 4
“Every time I take a breath with awareness, I feel the pressure expanding those tight, concave places. I’m on the right track to loosen them.”
Female, scoliosis & rib asymmetry · Week 4
Fig. 01 · The Mechanism
One threshold decides whether the change sticks.
Your system sits in one of two stable states, stuck or open. Between them is a threshold most therapy never reaches, because it works on structure while the nervous system stays in the same state. Step through the sequence:
“I now have a sensation template of what things should feel like going forward. The pressure makes me feel like I’m strong.”

Modern neuroscience and ancient somatic lineages point to the same layer.
This isn’t a theory written to sell a program. Two independent roads arrive at the same place. One is the latest neuroscience: predictive processing, motor control, and somatosensory research. The other is a wide range of ancient somatic traditions that spent centuries working directly with breath, pressure, and attention. Both converge on a single idea: posture is generated by the nervous system, and it can be re-generated.
Empirical
Posture is predicted
The nervous system braces against a predicted future. In developing animal models, removing sensory input alone produces scoliosis, direct evidence the pattern is generated upstream of the structure.
Convergent
The lineages agree
Daoist internal work, yoga, Feldenkrais, Hanna Somatics, and breath and pressure practices independently arrived at the same lever: sensory attention and internal pressure over force.
Formalized
A unified account
Sam’s published frameworks formalize what the traditions felt and the data shows: how posture is generated, why it persists, and how it can change.

The Founder
Eighty-five degrees. No surgery. What changed it.
I noticed my spine at 13. Diagnosed at 16. At 18 I went to a surgeon asking for fusion. He refused me and told me to go home and learn to live with it. So I did.
For fifteen years I worked out, stayed fit, and told myself this was just how my body was. I didn’t believe change was possible. The diagnosis had become my ceiling. At 33 that changed, not because I found the answer, but because the compression had become so severe my life force was being choked from the inside out.
What followed was years of fascia work, Schroth methodology, functional training, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation. Each unlocked something. None alone explained why the body kept defaulting to the same shape. The answer came through research that led to published papers: the body doesn’t hold posture, it generates it, continuously, from a neurological map. When that map is distorted, no amount of exercise or manual therapy changes what the nervous system keeps outputting. You’re working on the wrong layer.
I grew two inches. Not from surgery. From giving the nervous system what it needed to reorganize. The curve is still there. But I practice these fundamentals daily, knowing they are what keep me pain-free and agile for the long game. The spine is a printout, not the problem.
The Program
Four weeks. Floor to standing. A daily practice you own.
Live Tuesdays at 10am Eastern: July 28, August 4, 11, 18. Every session recorded and available the same day.
Land before you begin.
For nervous systems that need to arrive first. High reactivity or chronic dysregulation? Start here. Included in your membership.
Turn up the signal.
Ground contact, breath, jaw, eyes. You feel the difference between forcing a posture and allowing one, and understand why nothing held before.
Restore internal pressure.
The hydraulic system that holds your spine without muscular effort. Most participants report this as the session where something clicks.
Find your edge.
The boundary where your body’s map runs out. Seven tools for working there without triggering the old pattern. Floor to standing.
Own the practice.
Everything assembles into an 18-minute daily practice you built across four weeks. Yours for life. A practice that keeps updating your nervous system.
“I feel taller. All these exercises I’ve done were lacking this element. If I start with the pressure, my exercises just benefit.”
Male, head trauma, postural collapse · Week 4What’s included
Everything you need to own your posture for life. The first essential step.
Tuesdays, 10am ET. Small group, real-time coaching on your specific body. Recorded and available the same day.
Built with you over four weeks so you know every movement from the inside. PDF reference, yours for life.
Where you get stuck, Sam sees it, feels it, and guides you through your specific issue in real time. You’re met in complete presence, not handed a plan.
Daily practice check-ins and the complete Posture Dojo library, available from day one.
Before, and after
The same body, decompressed.
Real member changes, no surgery. Side-profile and back-view before and after.
In their own words
Is this you?
Built for a specific body, and a specific frustration.
The right fit if you
- Live with scoliosis, kyphosis, or chronic back pain that keeps coming back
- Have done the exercises, stretching, chiro, and physio, and nothing holds
- Want to understand the mechanism, not just follow another routine
- Are ready to work gently and consistently, not to force a fix
Not the right fit if you
- Have an acute injury or recent surgery that needs medical clearance first
- Want a passive, one-session fix with no daily practice
- Are looking to replace medical care rather than complement it
