The Syntropic Core Reset, live
Pay attention to the right things, and your brain starts updating its plan to hold you up.
That’s what a live session is for. It starts with settling, then Sam guides what to notice. In November he teaches all four steps of the Reset this way, two hours each Monday: teaching, Q&A and practice together.
Four live Mondays: 9, 16, 23 and 30 November, 8 AM Eastern. Each one recorded, so a missed Monday isn’t lost.
On Skool, choose the annual plan ($397 early bird until Fri 6 Nov, then $497$497). The $57 monthly plan is recorded lessons and doesn’t include the November cohort.

Neurosomatic education for people living with scoliosis, built to work alongside your medical care. Not medical treatment.
Physio, chiro, Schroth, yoga. The relief is real. It just doesn't last.
Every one of them is real work, and Schroth has the best evidence for curves. Most of it works on the shape you can see: stretch the tight side, strengthen the weak side, adjust the bone, hold the correction.
But your posture isn't made in the muscle or the bone. Your nervous system generates it, the same system that has been protecting you your whole life. A curve is part of how it adapts to keep a body upright and safe. And the system keeps regenerating that shape, however hard the muscles around it are worked, until it gets new information.
Your posture is the physical output of a predictive map in your nervous system. Update the map, not just the muscle and bone, and the shape it generates can change.
The place this shows up most is pressure. Deep in your core is a canister of pressure, the real core underneath your six-pack. Sealed and full, it carries your spine from the inside, so standing tall costs you almost nothing. This is the part Syntropic Core actually trains: your deep core, the real support system underneath the muscles you can see.
Your deep-core canister: the diaphragm above, the deep abdominals around it, the pelvic floor below. Sealed and full, it carries your spine from the inside.
Scoliosis twists that canister. And a twisted canister can't hold its pressure, so the support your spine was getting from the inside quietly leaks away.
Without that support the spine loses its lift, and the muscles rush in to hold the body up instead, gripping, bracing, guarding, all day long. That constant bracing is a large part of what people feel as pain and stiffness.
That means holding the body up with the wrong muscles, all day, for years.
So why hasn't all that core work lasted?
Because most core training teaches you to brace harder. More gripping, more guarding, tighter and stiffer. You end up doing more of the bracing the body was already overdoing.
Your deep core was never meant to work by bracing. It works by pressure. Restore the pressure, and the bracing muscles can finally let go. This is the piece almost no one trains.
Stretching and strengthening hold a twist for a while. You restore the pressure underneath.
"It's getting easier and easier for me to breathe. I usually did it with forcing myself, but since you suggested that I don't, it's actually easier."
Female, S-curve scoliosis · Week 4In their own words
What people are saying in the first few weeks.
"My upper body somehow aligns and it was a fantastic feeling. I didn't have to stay straight or feel the twist. I didn't have to do any work. It just worked."
Female, 67, severe S-curve scoliosis · Week 2"Before it hurts when I lay back. Now it doesn't hurt that much."
Female, 38, scoliosis · Week 3"Recently I was long distance driving a lot and it was perfect time to practice my edges. Now my sitting, after several hours, several days of driving, and actually pressurizing, feels great... I'm never tired after driving right now, as it was in the past."
Female, 67, severe S-curve scoliosis · second time through, Week 4"With the pressure I was able to actually feel the imbalances in the pelvis for the first time... it sort of just found the place where it wanted to be."
Female, scoliosis · Week 2"I had to prop my hand up on the yoga block so that I stay stable. But this week I noticed that I didn't have to use the yoga block that much. So I was pretty amazed by that."
Female, scoliosis · first week of live sessionsMembers in their own words. This works alongside your medical care, never instead of it. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Can it keep a curve from getting worse?
This never replaces the monitoring that tracks a curve; that stays with a specialist. What it works on is the part almost everyone has missed: the deep-core pressure, and how the nervous system holds the body around the curve.
Is it safe with a curve?
Nothing here pushes against the structure. You restore internal pressure and sensing, at your own edge. Sam built it after 20 years living with a kyphoscoliosis measured at 85 degrees when he was 13. Anyone with a diagnosed spinal condition should check with their doctor first.
What if I don't feel a change?
Show up to the live sessions and do the program. If you don't feel a change for the better within 30 days, Sam refunds you in full. You can cancel anytime.
What if I can't make the times?
Every session is recorded, and the twice-weekly live sessions run at two different times for different time zones.
The missing first step
What you walk away with.
This is the skill the rest of your work stands on, and it stays yours. In your first month, here's what becomes part of you:
- The skill of sealing and holding your own deep-core pressure, so your spine gets support from the inside again.
- A way to notice the daily bracing and let it go, instead of adding more.
- A daily practice you built yourself, 20 minutes a day, yours to keep for life.
- A body you can work with instead of against: you learn to listen to your nervous system, meet stress without bracing, and set the conditions for a new default posture. It carries into every workout, every walk, every hour at a desk.
You stop outsourcing your body. You become the one who can change it.
It goes underneath everything else you do, and it's yours for life.
The course
The Syntropic Core Reset. Four live Mondays in November.
Each step is a two-hour live workshop with Sam: he teaches it, answers your questions, and you practice it together. On the monthly plan you learn the same four steps from recorded lessons, a new week each week.
Turn up the signal.
Ground, breath, jaw, eyes. You feel the difference between forcing a shape and allowing one, and you start to feel why other changes didn't last.
Restore the pressure.
You seal and fill the canister so it carries your spine again. One member in week 2: "With the pressure I was able to actually feel the imbalances in the pelvis for the first time."
Find your edge.
You take the pressure into movement and learn to work at the edge of your map without waking the old bracing.
Own the practice.
It all comes together into a practice you built yourself, 20 minutes a day. Yours to keep, and it keeps giving your nervous system new information.
Live, together
Then a year of live practice with Sam.
You don't learn this alone. Twice a week, separate from the lessons, Sam runs live Q&A and practice sessions inside the community. Bring your questions and share the room with people doing the same work: all year on the yearly plan, month to month on the monthly. In November, cohort members also get feedback on their practice live on the calls, plus an optional video form check in the community. Can't make one? The replay goes up in the community afterward.
The founder
Eighty-five degrees at 13. No surgery. Out of the daily pain.
At 18 a surgeon refused me and sent me home to live with it. For fifteen years I believed the curve was my ceiling. At 33 my body collapsed, fatigue, digestion, energy, all going offline from the inside. What turned it around was restoring the pressure my body had stopped delivering. Over the years, without surgery, I gained about two inches of standing height, measured on a doorframe at home. No scans were taken, so nobody knows exactly what changed in the spine. The curve is still there. These fundamentals are what keep me out of the daily pain, years on.
Sam also published the research behind it. A month later, an 89-study review at the SOSORT 2026 scoliosis congress asked for a hypothesis set out in advance and tested over time. The Neural Generation Hypothesis is one candidate.

The research, if you want to go deeper
For a hundred years, scoliosis was a mystery. Now there's a method to it.
Read the research +
Doctors call it idiopathic, which is just the medical word for a cause no one could name. For a century, that was the honest answer. That's starting to change. In the last decade, study after study has found the nervous system working differently in scoliosis. Whether that's cause or effect is still open, and it's the question worth testing. Line them up, and for the first time there is something methodical to work with.
Sensing can seed a curve.
In young rats, damage to the body-sensing part of the brain led to scoliosis in 46%, and in none of the controls, with no motor problems seen. One lab so far.
The sensing fails first.
Raise animals without position-sensing neurons and they develop scoliosis, while early on the bone and muscle are still normal. The sensing fails first. The curve comes after.
It's written in the genes, on both sides.
The same risk genes turn up across tens of thousands of people. One of the strongest sits near LBX1, a gene that builds spinal relay cells for touch and position, though the exact gene there isn't confirmed. Others shape cartilage and discs.
Growth prints it in.
A slight lean, carried through the growth years, grows into a real curve from uneven load alone. Load one side of a growing bone and it grows crooked to match.
The map takes the curve on.
Sam's hypothesis: however a curve begins, the body's map takes it on as its new upright and keeps generating it. That still-generating part is what the Reset works on.
Sam published the Neural Generation Hypothesis, a testable account of how the nervous system could start a curve and keep it going. Then he built the Reset from it. The findings above are peer-reviewed. The way they connect into one chain is Sam's own synthesis, published open access with a DOI and not itself peer-reviewed, and it's testable.

This works alongside your care, never instead of it. It won't straighten bone, and it's never a reason to delay a brace, a surgery, or the check-ups that track a curve. A curve that is changing fast, or hurting, is a conversation for your doctor first.
Questions
A curve isn't the whole story of why pain keeps coming back.
The bracing around a pressure leak is a big part of it. And unlike a curve, a leak is something you can learn to close.
